Online appointments and prescriptions

We are now able to offer online appointment booking and an improved prescription request service. Please visit the surgery to register for these online services.

Moved address or changed your phone numbers recently?

Please inform us of any change in your contact details immediately. This helps us provide better service and care. You can use the form on the home page of this website or inform us in person.

More than one problem to discuss?

Please be reminded that the doctor may not be able to effectively deal with several problems in one consultation. You might be asked to book another appointment. Please speak to one of our reception staff if you need a double appointment or there are any queries.

Community Midwives

The midwife is available for routine antenatal care and also does postnatal visits after the birth of your baby. Appointments can be booked via reception.

Community Nurses

Our district nurses are all experts in organising home nursing care for those who are housebound (mainly the very elderly but also those with disabilities, and terminal care). District nursing care is arranged through your doctor. Messages for the district nurses can be left with a receptionist.

Health Visitors

We have a team of Health Visitors who can be contacted via Cross Street Clinic or by leaving a message at the surgery.
